Ø Perform Production planning & Material planning based on the Sale Forecast & Demand.Ø Developing and implementing supply chain strategies to maintain an effective correlation between operations & customer service.Ø Identifying and managing internal customer needs for overall profitability of the business.Ø Being the focal point of contact for any critical issues that occur in operations.Ø Supporting all continuous improvements efforts in supply chain.Ø Maintain the Costed BOM based on the ECN changes and implement the correct costing timely.Ø Maintain the Price changes due to Material pricing and ECN by implementing Price change Worksheet and Follow-up the Credit note / Debit note.Ø Monitor the changes in the forecast and highlight Potential obsolescence, Material exposure/shortages on excess, which needed necessary inventory correction.Ø Assisting for the Quarterly Price Revision. Ø Executing NPI Build by sourcing the materials, planning (production, capacity allocation ) upto fulfillment ..Ø Material Procurement based on the Production Forecast. Ø Sourcing of the urgent and immediate shortage parts for EMS.Ø Co-coordinating with Marketing, Operations, engineering, logistics, materials, software & production to ensure timely design & materials delivery in support of new product first time build and cross-divisional Systems & non-system order shipments.Ø Maintaining Inventory levels at contract manufacturer by executing purchasing strategies through sound analysis of Inventory data.Ø Reducing the Exposure by having a good Lead time from the Supplier.Ø Preparing PO based on the Forecast and follow-up to get the materials on time.Ø Ensuring the Production to meet our sales targetØ Executing Inventory Management by depleting all the Excess stock.Ø Purchase of the indirect materials based on the Purchase Requisition.Ø Maintain the accurate Store stocking by doing PI for every 3 months Ø Analyzing Demand Management and highlighting the demand by providing the Weekly FG report with actual Demand and supply.
