1.     Title: Exhibition and Visitor Centre in Al Ain

Duration: 5/2009 to date

Brief Overview: – Project Comprises the construction of glass Exhibition hall of 3,000 m2, Visitor Centre, Majilis tensile structure, soft and hard landscaping and associated MEP work, underpinning of existing Fort wall.(Dhs.80 Million)

2.     Title: Residential Apartment Building at Dubai Silicon Oasis

Duration: 8/2008 to 4/2009

Brief Overview: – Building comprises 411 flats in 2 blocks of 9 storeys each + 1 basement level on a plot area of 15,000m2. Above ground floor structure was precast concrete. Also included in the development was a community centre in a third block plus two services building which included two swimming pools, recreation area and dining area. (Dh.201 Million)



3.     Title: Landmark Place at Dubai Festival City

Duration: 5/2008 to 8/2008



Brief Overview: – Commercial office block of 17 storeys + 4 basement levels. Typical footprint of 1100m2. Post tensioned concrete frame, with a unitised façade system (Dh.186 Million) - Project went on hold although I had substantially completed programme development.

4.     Title: Al Badia Villas at Dubai Festival City

Duration: 1/2008 to 5/2008



Brief Overview: – 104 Town homes (2 & 3 storeys). The works include local external works, retaining walls and boundary walls (Dh.170 Million) – Project went on hold although I had substantially completed programme development.



MAIN PLANNING ACTIVITIES TO DATE



•     Preparation of Master programme for Al Badia Villas.

•     Progress updates and reporting to Management.

•     Preparation monthly dashboard & weekly reports.

•     Preparation of Tender Programme, pre–qualification and all related tender schedules.

•     Preparation and maintain Procurement Schedule.

•     Resource Planning.

•     Preparation of Project Cash flow and ‘S’ curve.

•     Preparation of completion programme.

•     Preparation of Recovery schedule and re-adjustment of resources allocated.

•     Verifying all the contractual time-related correspondence between consultant and the contractor (including subcontractors).
