•Supervise project controls work in planning & scheduling, cost engineering, quantity surveying and estimating for oil, gas and petrochemical plants construction projects
•Develop construction, recovery or acceleration and turn over schedules with s-curve and histogram, updates and performed critical path analysis using primavera software, highlight deviation and proposed corrective action ensuring milestone achivement and timely project completion
•Develop cash flow projection,monitor, analyze production versus actual expenditures and initiate required action if deviation occur from the baseline ensuring constant cost controls of the project
•Set up databases for tracking physical progress and invoicing formats in compliance with client requirements and contract provisions
•Prepares weekly / monthly project controls report both to Client and Management
•Liaises with Project Manager ensures that he is kept properly informed as to project progress and financial status
•Attend progress, schedule, etc meeting between PMT & Client as required to discuss status, areas problems and resolution of such problems
•Monitor and performs cost impact estimates for change, additional work orders and any potential claims
