Schedule, Project Schedule Layouts, % Overall Progress Bar Charts, Engineering / Procurement
/ Construction / Overall Progress ‘S’ Curves, Weekly / Monthly / Overall Progress Data Sheets.
Preparation of Manpower & Equipment / Machinery Histograms and Overall Summary Layout for
Weekly / Fortnightly / Monthly Reports.
Reports for Project Management Meeting highlighting the Critical Areas and Suggestions for
action plans to overcome the concerned problems. Preparation of Look ahead Schedules & Project
Recovery Plan etc.
Construction Data Collection and Updating Weekly / Monthly Schedules.
Preparation of Billing and Interacting with clients for necessary Approvals and Payments.
