Working on the Damanhour Flour Mill project (located in Egypt). Reporting directly to the project manager my responsibilities included:
• Produce and maintain project plan using Primavera 3 software.
• Tendering, purchasing and expediting of all equipment and services.
• Planning, co-ordinating and managing all deliveries and inspection requirements to the holding warehouse.
• Organising, collating and validation of all legal import and export documentation.
• Managing all deliveries to the site in Egypt from various countries around the world.
• Design and development of the internal electronic management, planning and procurement systems.
• Provision of accurate and timely management progress reports both technical and commercial.
