Client facing and integration of multi-disciplinary functions. Earned value Management. Forecast To Complete (FTC/ETC) analysis for the overheads, design, installation/construction, materials, testing and commissioning. Critical path analysis. 12weeks to 4 weeks look ahead scheduling/reporting. Routine programme progress tracking and updating. Rebaselining the master programme worth £110M. Profit margin improvement through cost planning and resource planning, scheduling and control. Streamlining the WBS to the financial contract cost coding system. Advising/liaising with financial, risk, design, construction, acceptance managers.
