Contracted to join the management team for design and construction of all technical installations for five tunnels in a cargo railway line crossing The Netherlands from Rotterdam to Germany.
Duties: to maintain the existing tactical project plan in compliance with agreements, to encourage departments and contractors to share and coordinate information, to take care of all necessary sequential updates and reports towards and from the planning.
Tools: Primavera P3.
Location: Oud Alblas NL.
