Preparation of overall project schedule using Primavera Project Planner in accordance to committed contractual milestones.
Direct and manage project execution by keeping regular coordination with all concerned departments like design, production, procurement, quality control to ensure the timely execution and completion of the project.
Monitoring of progress reports of running projects for effective control of work progress.
Generate the Analytical Reports which are related to Progress of work, Critical Issues, bottle necks & others on frequently basis for Management for their effective action.
Control the changes in project management plan, scope statement and other deliverables through integrated change control process.
Coordination & back up services for running projects.
Ensure profitable execution of the project and exalting the profit target.
To keep regular contact with finance department in order to control/manage inflows and outflows of the project.
Own and complies with the Company’s policies like QHSE and others.
