Responsibilities:



Project Planning Management

     Preparing Master Schedule inclusive of Manpower, Equipment & Cost loading with S-Curves & Histograms.

     Monitoring and managing the Project progress ensuring timely availability of man powers, materials, and equipments to facilitate smooth execution of projects.

     Taking adequate measures by Co-ordinating with all discipline Superintendent’s and Managers to maintain the scheduled progress every week.

     Preparing the Revised & Recovery schedule with all required action plans to cope up the delays encountered.



Cost / Contracts Management

     Handling activities such as preparation of Job cost report, Material Reconciliations, Estimating the rates accounting to additional scope, preparing BOQ etc.

     Preparing Client & Sub contractor billing in monthly intervals.

     Preparing Zero Cost Reports (Fixing the Unit rate to all activities & finalizing the job cost to be expended) with respect to site environmental condition.

     Maintaining the Delay register and accounting the additional scopes regularly.

     Preparing additional Time & Cost impact reports for Client’s approval.



Client Servicing

     Ensuring speedy resolution of queries / grievances to maximise satisfaction levels.

     Maintaining excellent relations with clients to generate avenues for additional business.
