Job Responsibilities:
Preparing Production Plan as per customer Production Schedule.
Analyzing Lead Time for production and calculating UPH based on that.
Preparing dispatch Plan based on customer requirements.
Raw Material Planning Based on Production Plan.
Follow up with KD Parts from Customer for EXPORT variants.
Maintaining invoice and other documents for dispatch.
Preparing Customer Plan Vs dispatch details.
Making monthly Sales Target based on HYUNDAI Production Plan.
Reduction of material wastages.
Maintaining 100% Customer delivery Performance and ZERO LINE STOP at customer End.
