Responsibilities: Assisted with preparation of project proposal for eventual award of detail design. Baseline schedule development with detail design engineering activities resource loaded with budgeted man-hours by discipline. Performance measurement plan development for each work package to allow document planned vs. actual progress on a reporting period and cumulative basis. Involvement in a plant shutdown consisting primarily of socket weld repairs after x-ray verification and completing other safety items critical for bringing the plant back on-stream.
