Responsibilities: Development of baseline schedule with detailed engineering and construction activities loaded with estimated man-hours. A Summary Status Progress Report was issued on a bi-weekly basis. The report consisted of the detailed schedule, a Summary Cover Sheet by Work Group and Progress “S” Curves for each Work Group. The weightings for each Work Group was based on Budgeted Dollars to complete the tasks.
