Based at various Clients sites through out the East Coast of Australia.
I worked in the Oil and Gas (Onshore and Offshore) Planning department for Downer EDI Engineering which is a major multi discipline EPC contractor in Australia my roles here are to lead a team of Estimators, Planners and schedulers to put Schedules and plans together for Turnarounds and multi discipline Projects (Civil, Mechanical, E&I), from within the Oil & Gas Industry. Some of these Projects are over $500mil which I will oversee and carryout all Project Controls and Program schedules including all procurement and overseeing subcontractor works. The department also produces work packs which are all controlled through the department before being issued to site.
Using the latest Primavera software P6 I will set up and produce all schedules for a project or Turnaround and issue out and update all progress and Project controls measurements. I resource by levelling the Project and or Turnaround and produce numbers for personnel and equipment using histograms and S curves and work closely with the Clients.
