• Managing and Maintaining a fully loaded and logic linked Critical Path PRIMA VERA Schedule
• Communicating all Schedule information to the Project Team while implementing the Progress Measuring System in each of the areas.
• Preparing detailed Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports to the Management and the Client.
• Ensuring that information on Project Progress is communicated to all levels of the work force in terms that are easily understood.
• Preparing detailed Monthly Physical Progress Status for Monthly Progress invoicing.
• Participation in planning and execution of Project Team Building sessions
