Deliverables : Handling disputes related to various buildings including major contractual changes in various phases of the project (temporary works, acceleration to seek the government approvals, changes to scope of works, etc.). Preparing various program’s related to the claim for the extension of time. Assisting the commercial department in preparation of the variation claims for the additional works. Working in close relation with: Project Manager to prepare bi-weekly reports including progress of works, two weeks construction programme and labor supply position; Construction Manager for monitoring & co-ordination with various subcontractors and Planning Manager to prepare detail analysis & preparation of claims.
