Responsible for the development of a Level 5 schedule for the project. In addition, we developed schedules for 7 early works programs with critical finish dates and 12 shutdown programs that coincided with the Major Project.
• Managed the Downer Planning Team which included Planners from 3 nationalities
• Wrote engineering assistance pamphlets
• Developed Dashboard reporting system for Project.
• Developed online schedule viewing platform which enabled all senior management access to the entire project schedule.
• Developed EOT spreadsheet tracking system.
