Project - Palm Jebel Ali Project (Man-made Island)/ Dubai Waterfront Project
Responsibilities:
-Valuation of Payment Applications Submitted by Contractors
-Preparation of Payment Certificate and ensure that all necessary documents are attached.
-Determination of the Validity, Valuation and Reconciliation of Variations and Star Rates
-Preparation of counter claims against contractors
-Remeasurement of work for evaluation of final account
-Prepares contract status report for Palm Jebel Ali and Waterfront Contracts
-Prepares Monthly Accrual Report for Various Contracts under Dubai Waterfront Project
-Reviews monthly cost reports prepared by Consultants and Contractors
-Coordination with Contractors and Consultants
