X Pert Group Trainee Planner

     Acquiring skills in the practice of project management as a Project Planning learner and employee within the X pert Group.

     Acquiring skills in the MBP methodology as set out by the X Pert Group.

     Acquiring skills in the PMBOK and the key knowledge areas as practiced in project management.

     Becoming a very efficient candidate in project planning and project management in general.

     To provide Project infrastructure setup, including scope of work, Progress Reports, Critical Risk Analysis and setting up of progress meetings.

     To effectively plan projects within a required Macro scope of work in the site that I was based in.

     Acquiring skills to plan projects according to priority and budget availability.

     Learning the setting up of a project Lifecycle including the different phases - Initiation, Planning, Execution, Control and Close out

     Project documentation Methods, Project information reporting, and Project planning, Tracking and Monitoring.

     Developing my skills in Project Management and learning new methodologies and methods of Project Management

     Utilizing all Project Management tools and new techniques to effectively manage projects.
