Scheduler / Site Engineer/CAD, Poyry Energy Inc. (Electrowatt-Ekono Phil's.), UPPC 133 tph Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler, Balance of Plant

As Scheduler:



Responsible for the maintenance/updating of the overall project schedule (in P3 format). Conduct daily construction progress monitoring and prepare weekly & monthly narrative report which includes progress curves of EPC & commissioning departments. Act as Document controller responsible for auditing subcontractors’ technical documents ensuring they have latest issue of drawings & specs, and responsible for registering & filing all incoming & outgoing Engineering documents in the Site Technical Document Center. Act as Network administrator, involve in Network Support, Cabling, trouble shooting, server and system administration, configuration, installations and back up.

- Proj. Abstract: Engineering, Procurement & Construction Management (EPCM) of a new Circulating Fluidized Bed (CFB) Boiler, Balance of Plant, for a 35MW Power Plant that uses coal & biomass from the paper mill.



As Site Engineer / CAD Designer:



Monitoring, supervision and quality inspection of civil/structural works like bored piling, foundations, on-grade & above ground concrete works, roads and steel erection activities. Preparation of variation /change order for submission & evaluation of the owner. CAD works of shop drawings & revision of construction plans based on actual site condition.

CAD works of shop drawings & revision of construction plans based on actual site condition. Responsible for coordinating all mechanical piping works of the plant & to re-route any piping when conflict arises on the site. Assigned as Detailer, responsible for interpreting the design prepared by CM & Deputy CM & gives the necessary graphical & verbal instructions to CAD Operators.
