Creating and updating schedules, providing analysis and narratives.
Analyzing the effect of changes, impacts, acceleration on schedules.
Monitoring and updating project schedules.
Analyze monthly updates of construction schedules, analyze modifications to construction schedules.
Prepare Baseline schedules, review contract time determination schedules, review baseline construction schedules.
Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Fourth night and Monthly Reports.
