• Preparation of detailed programs for the coordination of site activities
• Manage the document controller & implement Expedition & P3
enterprise on Projects
• Preparation of materials delivery schedules, plant and equipment needed
for the construction project.
• Analyze and interpret reports on labor productivity & performance
• Preparation of Master Time Schedule with preliminary work value
• Preparation of Updated Time Schedule & Reporting
• Provide cost reports to project management for all active assigned
projects.
• Presenting schedules of work, often with visual aids such as bar charts
and procedures diagrams
• Preparation of method statements/work procedures in line with
specification & safe working methods.
• Prepare revision of plan to reflect actual progress of the project.
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports
• Receive, review and approve all project programs prepared by
subcontractors
