• Planning Engineer for project worth 175 million USD consisting of 35 storied high-rise tower, Mall and Commercial building with triple basements.
• Played a vital role in planning and delivering of infrastructure, logistics and plant resources.
• Developed strategy and programme for project delivery.
• Prepared MIS on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis based on progress, budget, turnover which included cash flow statements along with other project details.
• Coordination and follow up with other departments for timely delivery of resources and client for timely delivery of deliverables, progress reporting to client and head office.
• Worked on Cost-Plus contracts. Planning software tool used Primavera (P-6) & MS Projects.
