• Promoted from Management trainee to Asst. Manager within a period of 1 year. Worked in accordance with contract and project control procedures laid down by Bechtel Overseas Corp.
• Contract Formulation: Pre-Qualified bidders, drafted RFPs, solicited proposals from bidders, bid evaluation, negotiation meetings, recommending best bidder to management for award of contract.
• Contract Administration: Conducted kick off meetings, progress review meetings with contractors, enforcement of contractual obligations as per terms and conditions of contract, bill certifications and cross verification of measurements at site.
• Claims review and analysis, tracking of contractual correspondences and records and closing out of contracts.
• Contracts Management of design consultants and contractors. Planning software tool used Primavera (P-3) & MS Projects.
