• Preparation of WBS Codes and Base Planning/Cost Dictionary for Project;
• Development and actualization of Base Plan (costs, materials, equipment and other resources);
• Building list of direct and indirect charge codes;
• Preparation and control of material/procurement plan;
• Monthly, weekly reporting as per project structure;
• Analyze of schedule activities, correction and recommendation.
• Development and monitoring of current plans, evaluation of progress, resource productivity and time constraints;
• Participation in rescheduling, changing of project details/scope;
• Involvement in system of document control and project database;
• Consulting of project manager and project team about planning/cost details, questions.
