Planning & Scheduling Engineer Works:
Planned & Scheduled the projects on Prima Vera 3.1
Made Time Wise and Money Wise S- Curves.
Estimated the costs for the projects on Prima Vera
Made Cash flow Diagrams (S-Curves)
Generated different types of Resource & Cost loading Reports which helps in controlling the over all budget & progress of Project
Set Monthly targets for the projects.
Tracked the projects by making Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports for monitoring the progress of the Projects
Made comparisons of weekly/monthly claimed quantities with the weekly/monthly actually done quantities.
Cost Control & Tendering Works:
Maintained project records of cost data for all cost analysis and reporting functions from various sources.
Revised the Dry Cost used for Tendering as per the present market situation.
Assembled data for preparation of project cost reports and cost forecasts.
Requested quotations for different materials from different vendors and then making cost comparisons.
Technical/QS Works:
Made prequalification Documents for enlistment in different departments in UAE.
Made Technical Submittals for different tenders & projects as per the requirement of clients.
Tracked the material submittal, approval & order placing.
Taken care of Drafting & Q.S. Section.
Quantity Take-off from the approved drawings.
Verified the Ordered Quantities verses the Actual Drawing Quantities.
Made Recapitalization (Recaps) of BOQs
Management Representative(MR) Works:
Worked as a MR for the company for the three (03) ISO Management Systems:
1- ISO 9001:2000 2- ISO 14001:2004 3- OHSAS 18001:1999
Made all the Documents required for the three systems i.e, IMS Manuals which includes policy, objectives, procedures, Method Statements and forms. Have clear idea about Hazard and Risk Analysis for OHSAS 18001:1999 & Aspect Impact Register for ISO 14001:2004.
Achieved Certification for the three systems.
