Crystal Palace NSC is one of the largest sports centres in the country. Housed in a Grade II listed building it is one of six national centres operated for Sport England. Works to this building are as followed:
Extension of an Olympic swimming Pool, Restoration work to a five level Diving Structure, refurbishment to the Swimming & Diving Pools, New install of flooring for a basket ball arena & small dance studios, replacement of windows, refurbishment of small offices, VIP rooms and existing changing rooms/toilets/ sports rooms & more.
A Complete refurbishment & Install of all mechanical equipment including (pipes, Pumps, Valves, Burners, Boilers, Chemical Dosing Equipment, General Domestic services & More).
A complete Installation of New Electrical equipment including (Mains & Sub-mains Cabling, Containment & Lighting, Fire Alarm system, Emergency Power room, LV Switch Gear room & more)
- Transferring the Programme From Asta Power Project to P6
- Based on site for regular interaction with the project progression and logic/scope changes on the project. Also highlight potential delays.
- Maintaining the Live Programme
- Updating the Baseline due to Variations and New packages of work awarded.
- Weekly client meetings to discuss progress and critical paths
- Daily site visits to assess progress
- Daily/Weekly meetings with the site team to evaluate progress, critical issues and run ‘What If’ scenarios for potential new work packages.
