This company was involved in Construction of 7 Kms of Viaduct & Two Station Buildings for Delhi Mass Rail Transport System in New Delhi
Reporting to the Project Manager, I was responsible for the following
Prepare the monthly programme updates for the project
Tracking progress, man hours and cost as compared to original plan and co-ordinate the weekly, fortnightly and monthly reports to Engineer / Employer
Raise monthly payment request / invoices to the Engineer / Employer
Analyse Variation/Claim Items within or outside the Contract and prepare their rate analysis
Provide feedback to management regarding staffing & material requirements based on project programme
Advising management of adverse schedule impact, hours or cost variations
