This company was involved in Construction of 14 Kms of Viaduct for Delhi Mass Rail Transport System in New Delhi
Reporting to the Project Manager, I was responsible for the following
Prepare the Base Line & subsequent revision/update of the program
Tracking progress, man hours and cost as compared to original plan and co-ordinate the weekly, fortnightly and monthly reports to Engineer / Employer
Raise monthly payment request / invoices to the Engineer / Employer
Analyse Variation/Claim Items within or outside the Contract/ Rate Analysis
Provide feedback to Management regarding staffing & material requirements based on project programme
Advising management of adverse schedule impact, hours or cost variations
