- Managing a team responsible for structuring time schedules for Combined Cycle Power Plant Projects held in Tereshkovo, Russia; Dorad, Agan, Solbar, Israel, Pakistan, Jhampir Wind Farm Project, Turkey, Osmaniye Wind Farm Project
- Regular site visits on coordinating the headquarter and site management
- Regular meetings with the head management on the project progression
- Regular visits to the local authorities for local permissions in wind sector
- Planning the budget of projects, setting up the report formats, monitoring, analyzing and reporting
- Managing a team of five people on structuring work schedules and progress reports in various details (daily, weekly montly) using Primavera 6
- Project Cash Management
- Reporting the critical path – total float – free float for certain activities
- Representing monthly, weekly, daily progress reports from construction sites to the head management team
- Coordination of head quarter and sites by regular site visits
- Managing a team consisted of five people on implementing SAP to Russia Construction Sites and Branch Offices , (Time - Resource planning & management )
