• Scheduling the H.D.P.E., aromatic, H.P and hydrazine hydrate pilot plan Plants projects with responsibility for E, P and C phases
• Defining WBS and all corresponding documentation with key accountabilities for the establishment and delivery of a comprehensive procurement framework
• Responsible for the creation of status reports with visual graph representations plotting forecast against actual performance and presenting to management
• Controlling the accurate invoicing of clients in accordance with operating contracts including sub contracting costings and performance review
