As Field Planning Scheduling Engineer for Qatar Gas LAFFAN Refinery Project, at Ras Laffan Industrial City, State of Qatar.
• In charge for the preparation and verification of Project General Base line Schedule (PERT / CPM) from Engineering Design, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning to Start up utilizing PRIMAVERA PROJECT PLANNER with the proper allocation and distribution of Quantity, Cost, Man-hours and Equipment, Activity inter-relationship logic and Construction Methodology sequence as being prepared by the General Contractor.
• Quantity estimate to gather the required data needed for loading of resources, quantity, Costs and Man hours to determine the duration & sequence per activity of the schedule.
• Prepare a spread sheet realistic measuring system on all activity involve in every discipline.
• Prepare & analyze the actual periodic graphical & S-Curve presentation reports to determine the Critical, Priority activities and slipping areas.
• Monitor the performance of the entire project to ensure that the Project schedule must followed as per approved budget, milestones and activities.
• Project Control Department representative every progress & construction related meetings.
• Participate on Contractor verification Level 4 schedule and create report base on remaining manhours .
• Monitor activity on commissioning RFC and RFSU by using ICAPS system
