14 years total experience in project, turnaround, maintenance planning /scheduling; mechanical equipment hands on maintenance; in oil, gas, power, petrochemical and commercial construction fields. These comprises 8 years of project / turnaround / maintenance planning and scheduling experience in oil, gas, petrochemical plants, commercial projects in Saudi Arabia, Oman, China & India; 3 years experience in oil & gas field maintenance of equipments in Oman and Kuwait, 3 years of experience in power plant equipment rehabilitation in the Philippines.
Have strong personal computer skills and proficiency in the use software such as Primavera (P3), SAP PM, MM & PS modules, Microsoft Project, CASP (Computer Assisted Scheduling & Planning), Teroman / Pacer CMMS, Windows Excel, Word and Power Point.
Experience in Project Planning & Scheduling : Develops, maintains, controls - Management, Project and Control level schedules; Participates in weekly project progress coordination and 2 weekly look ahead schedule meetings for contractors; Analyzes variances in cost and schedule performance against the plan, and communicates the reasons and proposed mitigation plans to management.
Experience in Turnaround / Maintenance Planning & Scheduling : creating step by step plans (developing network diagrams, estimating duration of activities, determine resource requirements and creating baseline schedule) and implementing/scheduling of plant turnaround / shutdown schedule; Prepare information for bidding of larger jobs; planning and scheduling of preventive / corrective maintenance activities for mechanical, electrical and instrumentation scope; developing PM plans task lists and bill of materials in SAP; creation, tracking and completion of Notification, work order and Purchase requisitions; do Goods Issue, Goods Receipts, Service Entry Sheets and other SAP transactions in PM & MM SAP Module; preparation of Work Specifications (WSN), Master Craft Procedures (MCP), Spare parts list (SPIR); Enter and update equipment records in SAP system.
Experience in Lead / Mechanical Technician : Hands on experience in mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and overhauling, of most of oil and gas field production equipments (gas turbines, pumps, fans, mobile air compressors and generators, gas compressors, gas and diesel engines, beam pumps, etc) in oil and gas fields of Oman and Kuwait
