Planning and scheduling with Primavera Project Planner version 3.1 and preparing Schedule of Works with input from the project managers.
Preparing reports for Client and Consultant Submission. The following reporting is required for the present project.
o Three Weeks Rolling Program
o Progress schedule update and status.
o 3 Months Look Ahead Schedule Report
o Preparing Follow Up plans for lagging activities so as to put back on track the said activities.
o Preparing Weekly / Monthly Progress Reports.
