o Land development works (site grading works, road construction, storm drainage system and water distribution system
o Construction of 25.00 meter span In-Situ Bridge
o Club House Construction
o Retaining wall
o Open space development
o Construction of Steel Structure Water Tank
Duties and responsibilities
o In-charge in project implementation (site supervision)/ construction management
o Supervise civil works to ensure that these are done in accordance with the plan and specifications.
o Prepare weekly progress report and attend weekly progress meeting with the management
Position: Senior Planning & Design Engineer
From: July 1992 to September 1995
Duties and responsibilities
o Team leader of a group responsible for the final conceptualization of projects
o Responsible for the design of road networks/layout, water distribution and storm drainage system of projects
o In-charge in structural design of other structures such as retaining walls, box culverts as well as house plans and designs
o Earthworks design (cut and fill), volume computation and site grading of projects using Engineering software such as ADCADD Land Development (COGO, SURVEY, DTM and DESIGN MODULES)
o Preparation of in-house costing of projects for bidding to contractors
o Preparation of in-house project scheduling using computer aided scheduling software.
o Coordinate with other structural and architectural consultants for the overall concept of projects
