• Through understanding of Project Planning, Scheduling, Monitoring, Control and Coordination for projects viz. latest project management tools & techniques. (P.3, MSP)
• Involved in Details Planning and Estimation of High rise building (G+18).
• Well versed with Project Control functions like WBS, Scope, Document Control Index (DCI), Material Control Index (MCI), Critical Path Analysis, Progress Reporting and Performance Monitoring (EVMS).
Job Responsibilities:
Preparation of Detailed Quantity survey, Material Estimation(Sand,Cement,Aggregate,bricks etc).
Preparation of Resource Plan (Manpower, material & machinery) for the ESSAR house-II.
Designing & Development of WBS for preparation of L3 Master Network Schedule (670 activities) in Microsoft Project Professional 2005 with sequencing and linkages.
Calculation of Total Man-hour requirement for the project.
Preparation of Planned Vs Actual S-Curve.
Actively involved in the Designing and Coordination with MNC organization (M/s. Aluminium Off shores Pvt. Limited, Singapore) for refurbishment of Helipad project at ESSAR House-I.
