oConstruction of 160 Rmt LNG Receiving Terminal Jetty with various structures like Unloading Platform, Approach Trestle, Breasting Dolphins, Mooring Dolphins and Catwalks for Package 3.
oConstruction of Tug Mooring Facilities for Package 9.
Major Responsibilities as Planning Engineer:
oDevelopment & maintenance of project master construction schedule/revisions/catch-up plans for Package 3 & Package 9 in coordination with project team.
oResource Loading, Scheduling, Progress monitoring, updating, controlling and reporting periodically.
oPlanning, Scheduling & Monitoring of project to complete the work within stipulated time with utmost quality & safety in the most economical manner.
oDocumentation & record keeping as per ISO 9001-2000.
oSuccessfully developed & implemented PMS (Progress Monitoring System) for showing Site performance data through site computer network system.
oAttending the progress meetings and reviewing the progress for the week.
oIndividually responsible for Controlling Project cost, Project Progress.
oDynamic coordination with site for mobilization/demobilization of resources as required.
