Planning and Scheduling, Generate ’S’ Curve, Delay Analysis, Cost Estimation, Resource Loading, EPS, OBS, WBS, Compare current vs. target schedules, Monitor Issues and Thresholds, Levelling Resources, Calculating Percent complete, Identify variances from the project baseline plan and propose corrective actions to minimize / mitigate delays, Analyse and report to Project Managers on the overall project activities and monitor project milestones and critical activities, Analyse trends which may imply delay and propose any required corrective actions to ensure that projects are delivered to the required cost, time and value targets, Analysing Earned Value Management
