1. Planned & Managed with coordinators for shutdown project.
2. Coordinated Teams of Engineers Designers, Technicians & Performed Scheduling, and Job estimation & completed the projects before prescribed schedule.
3. Nozzles modification / addition from (2” – 30”, straight, tangential, self reinforced (dollar plate), Skirt Nozzles, Clad Nozzles) on main fractionators, column, stripper, vessel.
4. Demister rings, sparger rings, coalascers, internal works in vessel & columns.
5. Structural work including platform erection, platform cleats welding, (on alloy steel & Low carbon steel).
6. Quality stage wise Inspections with M/S. KOTCH GLITSCH, England, and REAL QMD
