• Progress Assessment/Quantity Analysis every week compared with Client’s Targets
Civil, Building, Struc. Steel, Equipments, Piping prefab/install’n, Elect / Instrument
Hydro testing, Insulation, Painting as well as fireproofing.
• Updating Construction Schedule PRIMAVERA P3 version 3.0 (level 4) after rolling up progress from level 7 using Talisman, Pyramid, Excel, Access.
• Weekly meeting with Client CMS&A along with Discipline Engineers and Site Manager
• Weekly Report to Head Office Athens depicting Sch/Act Progress discipline wise, sub project wise, area wise with manpower/plant at site synopsis and areas of concern.
