Project Controls Supervisor
Mohamed Turki Engineering Consultancy (MTEC), a joint venture of Mott-MacDonald – London, UK for Oil & Gas Maritime projects in providing general engineering services to various Saudi Aramco projects in their Western/Central Region Projects Division for the upgrading of their facilities.
• Primarily involved in the operations of proposals and project controls of engineering consultancy for various preliminary (FEED) and detailed design projects.
• Develop and set direction on budget preparation, resource planning and cost scheduling.
• Directly responsible for the supervision of project manpower requirement, man-hour allocation/tracking, costing/estimates, scheduling and control.
• Prepare cost reporting and coordinate project trending of costs and schedule.
• Interface & liaise with the Saudi Aramco Project Controls department in determining Engineering Service Orders status (engineering work orders).
• Prepare and develop monthly invoices as per work progress and as per Saudi Aramco procedures. Act as the company representative in transacting cost & accounts related matters with Saudi Aramco.
• Coordinates with Saudi Aramco Cost Control department in determining invoices status.
• Developed company procedures in organizing project controls and project invoices in achieving ISO 9001 certification for the company.
• Provide assistance to higher management level in organizing and defining project objectives by determining project scope and strategies. Prepare progress productivity and cost reports.
• Establish work breakdown structures; identify contract milestone dates and specifications.
• Prepares and develop cost reports by illustrating with graphs, progress curves, diagrams and other types of exhibits in demonstrating cost status reports.
• Participate on weekly meetings to review project progress and status.
