-Assist in the drawing up of tender, high-level & level 5 detailed construction and engineering schedules encompassing mechanical, structural and piping disciplines.
-These schedules were drawn up on an hourly basis and monitored accordingly via percentage complete and man-power/hours. Once complete the schedule was baselined and reported upon to the client via daily and weekly reports “S-curves” and interface meetings.
-Co-ordination of procurement and delivery of material to site.
-Reviewing the construction costing and schedule and monitoring the project against both benchmarks on a regular basis via a structured reporting system and weekly meetings.
-Interface internally and externally with the client with regards to sequencing fabrication and delivery of all material to site.
-Determination of the scope of works and create detailed scope sheets.
