Short / Medium Term Planning – 120 Day Plan
Effective management of conflicting concurrent activities for offshore facility.
Provide stringent control over Personnel On Board (POB) and travel to facility.
Optimise production and equipment downtime.
Provide visibility for planned facility activities.
Optimise utilisation within set constraints (helicopter seat allocation, POB, and time).
Provide timely activity and POB data for analysis.
Provide superior short term/immediate planning support.
Longer Term Planning – 2 Year & 5 Year Plan
Ensure concurrent projects and conflicts are identified and managed efficiently.
Highlight / indicate resource requirements for operations, project groups and management.
Highlight and resolve any potential overloads in platform POB (Personnel on Board) levels.
Provide a baseline reference for use in 120 Day Planning.
