Planning, scheduling, monitoring and coordinating of building construction projects completely.
Preparation of detailed schedules, reports and graphical presentations of resources & cost for related construction activities, estimates, cash flow.
Managing and coordinating between other consultants, contractors, site engineers etc.
Main projects handled -Maruti Showroom-Kannur, Nippon Toyota Service Centre-Thrissur, Nippon Toyota Showroom-Thiruvananthapuram, Gopika Regency Hotel- Cochin, Multipurpose Auditorium for Kochi Refineries Ltd- Cochin, and many outstanding villas all over Cochin, India.
