1. Detailed coordination with client for concept design and budget approval.
2. Preparation of building plans and sections, structural design and material specification.
3. Coordination with local rural development authority for building permits.
4. Detailed planning and logistic management of all stages of construction including material procurement and workers.
5. Directly supervise construction workers.
6. Monitor construction phase including site supervision and checking materials, workmanship and measurements.
7. To promote cost effective building methods like filler slab, rattrap brick bonding, rain water leakage prevention, arch construction, maximization of built-up space, reduction in cement & steel etc.
8. Provide expert advise for various non-governmental organizations – Leprosy Mission, Lepra India, Anand Niketan School, CM Hospital etc. in setting up their organizational infrastructure facilities.
9. Take up small design and build projects in the neighboring region.
10. Training rural villagers – men & women in building construction skills.
