Job Responsibilities: All Planning, scheduling and project control activities for various contracts associated with CRL expansion project. Prepare of bid documents. Prepare, maintain and update resource loaded baseline schedule. Prepare progress reports for client and management. Attend client, consultant progress review meetings with project manager. Convene in house meetings. Sub-contractors and vendors qualifications. Prepare mobilization and demobilization plans. Prepare invoices. Co-ordination of site engineers, consultant and client. Procurement planning, co-ordination and follow up of critical deliverables. Prepare Level 5 programs for final quantity measurements.
