- Development of 1,000,000 Sq. Meter land by dredging and backfilling
- Progress monitoring, status reporting and variance analysis in P3 Schedules
- Overall monitoring and supervision of villas, residential and commercial buildings, marine and infrastructure works including support services buildings, villas, sewerage, water, irrigation, electrical, telephone network systems, sewerage treatment plant (STP) and water treatment plant (WTP)
