Job Description:
- EPC Contractor Schedule Analysis and Control - Corrective Action Recommendation
- Construction - Fabrication, Installation, Instrumentation and Commissioning of 4 Cryogenic Tanks (Propylene, Ethylene), 4 Butane Spheres, 2 Breathers, 2 Hexene Tanks, 2 Cumene Tanks, 4 Naphtha, HGO, LCO, LCN, HOFCC Tanks – Total 26 Nos and Pressure Vessels. Pipe, Piperack, Piles, Compressor, Refrigeration & Heating Units.
- KPIs (PLC – Cost & Schedule) – CDP, FEEP, DEP, ITB, Construction, MCC, Commissioning, Close-out – Calculations & Management Reporting
- Procurement Follow-Up and Manpower Checking
- Conducting Weekly Progress Meetings
