Monitoring the work progress and the costs incurred, compares those to the initial Baseline Budget and Schedule, and provides management with progress & performance reports (including Earned Value Reports).
Analyze Critical Paths and cost deviations and discuss the causes of deviations, impact of deviations, and corrective actions required.
Perform cost estimating, analysis, and control activities, as directed.
Performs schedule development, maintenance, and monitoring activities, as directed. Supervise cost engineering and/or planning and scheduling activities, when delegated.
Preparation of narrative reports consisting of major progress highlights, Areas of concern under heads of engineering, procurement and construction.
Preparation of L3 level schedule including detailed activities and establishing logical sequence and interdependencies between them using Primavera P3.
