As for the Primavera database, a layout of the data model is delivered as a pdf - in P5 and P6.1 not in P6. Among the documentation files Primavera added a layout of each table as a html.
The trace option for each client - under the user preferences - I never checked.

But you need a Oracle/Primavera DB expert to assist.

In P6 you can have the full log and track down who did what and when. as long as you don’t overwrite the log file

As far as I know this is just possible per table: Who and when - update_date and update_user - but not which modification.
You can read it with SQL.
