I am respeonsible for Contractor/PMC schedule analysis and approval ,Project control & interface planning.
I am responsible for the coordinated management of multiple related projects, and in many (most) cases, ongoing operations which are directed toward a common objective. I provide Scheduling, Project Controls, EVM and Man Count Management. I Work with constituent Project Managers (who are responsible to the program manager for the execution of their project and its impact on the program) to monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance of component projects and operations, while working to ensure the ultimate success of the program.
Developed my skills and my career path to reach to Development control through proper implementation of Technology, each system in the proper place.
More than twenty years of experience in Project Controls and coordination of engineering, procurement, sub-contracting, construction and commissioning of plants and pipelines in the petrochemical refining, chemical, oil and gas, and industrial manufacturing facilities world wide.
